Michelle Hern

I joined the team at Ellison Travel & Tours in 2004 after many years in the mechanical construction industry to discover unique challenges in the travel industry as I took on the position of housing and events coordinator for Ellison Travel & Tours’ largest client and Canada’s largest music festival, MusicFest Canada.

I coordinate the housing, meals, attractions and special events for this festival for over 8000 of Canada’s finest young musicians at this annual festival which takes place each May in a major Canadian city, where I work with local suppliers of hotels, restaurants and attractions to create events in the host city for students attending MusicFest which will enhance their musical experience.  I also work with other tour operators from across Canada and the USA who bring their groups to MusicFest and have had the unique privilege of attending this festival each year and listening, watching and sharing in the excitement of students who are passionate about music as they perform and are recognized for their accomplishments.  I look forward to planning new and exciting events for your group at the next MusicFest Nationals!
