Ellison Travel & Tours is a member of both the Ontario (TICO) and British Columbia (BPCPA) Consumer Protection Plans for travel.

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario's mission is to promote a fair and informed marketplace where consumers can be confident in their travel purchases. Through TICO membership we are also part of the Compensation Fund which compensates consumers who made payment to an Ontario registered travel agency for travel services but did not receive the travel services because of the bankruptcy or insolvency of an Ontario registered travel agency, an Ontario registered travel wholesaler, an airline or a cruise line.

RBC and CWT Ellison Travel & Tours continue to build on a very strong working relationship. Carlson Wagonlit Travel is the exclusive travel partner of RBC Rewards program. RBC Rewards cardholder's can redeem their points instantly at any Carlson Wagonlit Travel location in Canada including Ellison Travel & Tours. We also have a very strong relationship with RBC Insurance who are the largest provider in Canada of travel and medical insurance.
