I entered the travel industry in 1983 after graduating from the Travel and Tourism course and began my career in vacation travel. In 1990, I joined the Ellison Travel & Tours team in the group tour planning division. Working in this specialized department has given me the opportunity to work closely with group leaders and to use my organizational skills for planning group tours. I have had the privilege of organizing many school and community groups to destinations throughout North America, Britain and Europe. Planning performance, music festival, educational and senior's tours are my specialty.

My travel experience has taken me to Britain and Wales, Rome, Paris, Prague, Germany and many cities throughout the United States including New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Reno, Dallas. As well, I have traveled to several Caribbean islands.

"On March 10th, 2010, after 18 months of planning with Ellison, I ventured to Europe with 33 students. We spent 10 days travelling through France, Switzerland and Italy. In France we walked the many steps to the peak of Montmartre and marveled at the view from the top of the Eiffel Tower. In Switzerland we were swept away by the beauty of the Alps and the splendor of Lake Lugano. Finally, we experienced Vatican City and the wonder of the Coliseum. Along the way, our stops included gondola rides in Venice, shopping in the Florence market, visiting Juliet's balcony in Verona and the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, in Assisi.

This trip was not only a joy to experience but a great pleasure to plan with the team at Ellison.
